What I've Been Up To..

Firstly I'd like to apologise for the lack of posts recently - I've been so busy! I don't think I've actually spoken about this on my blog yet, but at the beginning of January I started a new job at Boots Opticians. It's such a relief to be finally working in the same town that I live in, so I get a bit more of a lie-in before each day, but sadly less time to blog. It is only a part-time job at the moment, so really it's just down to my rather bad timekeeping skills! I really do love this blog, and I'm determined to make it one of my main priorities in life, so do keep your eyes peeled for more regular updates.

During the past week, I've managed to completely change my room around. I really regret not taking 'before' pictures now, but there's a whole post about it coming up shortly - sneak peek above! I painted the walls white as I'd become fed up with the grey, and ended up with a white new bed and drawers, thanks to a trip to Ikea. Just a quick post today, but I promise more are on their way!

I'd also like to take this opportunity to share with you one of my friend's blogs, PhoebeTea. Phoebe has been a friend of mine for quite a while now, and she started her own blog late last year. It's really blossomed, and is so inspiring to see. If you love beauty reviews, recipes, fashion and lifestyle, then check her out! :)

Thanks for reading, and I'd love to hear what you think down below.

    1. That was my plan too, haha! Then it all happened at once! I found the drawers in Ikea's bargain basement, they're ex-display and have a tiny chip on the side against the walk, but I think I got like a 40% discount! I'd definitely recommend looking around that section next time you go :) x

    1. Aww yay!! I know what you mean, I think it'll look so weird without any! The best places to get them are M&S, as they're often reduced, or Aldi, where they're really cheap anyway! :) x
