Has Spring Sprung?

For those who live in the UK, I'm sure you'll be able to agree that the past few days have been delightful. A real breath of fresh air! The sun has been shining, and the skies have been blue. Sure, there may have been a little bit of a wind, but compared to all of the rain and floods we were dealing with a couple of weeks ago.. it feels like heaven.

Spring is one of my favourite times of year, as I just feel so happy when it arrives. The winter months can make me feel really gloomy and affect my mood in a big way. If it isn't just the freezing cold temperatures, and depressing weather forecasts - then it's the lack of daylight, which makes taking blog pictures a bit of a hassle. (I'm sure most of you can relate?!) I've struggled with this for many years, but this year it hasn't been as bad as in the past. (..which is probably down to the lack of looming college deadlines like the year before..)
Seeing those little rays of sunshine peek through my curtains in the morning makes my day.

I have a feeling this bright weather will give me a new wave of creativity and motivation, as I can feel myself coming out of a sort of 'hibernation.' I'm making more plans for myself already, and have actually scheduled a little trip to Paris in April with one of my good friends Millie, which I'm sure will be well documented on here!

The future seems brighter already - literally.

Thanks for reading, and I'd love to hear what you think down below! Have you been enjoying the sunshine? :)

    1. I agree, summer is great! Although it's not going to be as great this year as I don't have any college holidays or anything, haha! I feel like a completely different person when the sun is shining :) x
